Hi, I’m Allan Gaikwad. I’m someone who takes initiative, solves problems creatively, and leads with purpose. My journey hasn’t been perfect I’ve failed, rebuilt, and come back stronger. I went from failing many of my classes & partying every night to competing in national science fairs, speaking on global stages and creating leadership conferences that bring hundredes of students together.
