Camp Counsellor

Serving as a camp counselor at a youth leadership camp was one of the most rewarding experiences of my journey. I had the privilege of mentoring a group of young students, guiding them through team-building activities, leadership workshops, and personal development challenges.

What made this role special was the opportunity to lead by example—helping campers step out of their comfort zones, build confidence, and discover their unique strengths. From early morning activities to late-night reflections around the campfire, I worked to create an environment where every camper felt seen, supported, and empowered.

It wasn’t just about camp games or leading cheers—it was about helping shape the next generation of leaders and building a sense of community that left a lasting impact on all of us.
